1. The job responsibilities match the position discussed in the interview.
2. The colleagues are friendly and easy to get along with.
1. The salary calculation method is extremely unusual, and the amount paid is sometimes short. There is also no pay stub or salary breakdown. (When I asked accounting, they told me to ask the owner's wife.)
2. Being late means immediately losing NT$1,500 from the base salary, and NT$1,500 is deducted in advance whenever you take leave.
3. I was promised a salary increase after the probationary period. I went through two supervisors, and both told me this in person. However, my probationary period was longer than other employees'—and ultimately, I did not receive a salary increase either. (Dishonest.)
4. The owner talks all day about disbanding the OO and XX departments, saying that the employees do not do anything. (It is extremely infuriating to hear.)
Overall, the biggest villains at this company are the owner and the owner's wife. They keep establishing harsh rules that disadvantage employees, and they are also dishonest, always afraid of losing out themselves. All I can say is: to the employees who come to this company and devote their expertise, thank you for your hard work. You are all angels for enduring the unreasonable treatment described above.
I urge anyone considering working at this company to think carefully after reading this post!
