This is a company where people have it very easy. The company offers flexibility, but the managers and HR are slacking off—it is incredibly absurd.

They talk about all sorts of lofty principles, yet they have problems with even the most basic integrity. They also worry about whether the employees they hire will be unable to cooperate with political maneuvering and putting on an act. It is truly absurd.

However, some of the R&D engineers are good. You can see differences in their ability during the technical interviews, which is a positive thing.

Unfortunately, the HR and R&D managers at this company are, on one hand, unbelievably lax, while on the other hand caring only about political scheming and causing trouble.

This is simply not a place where engineers should waste their lives.

It is a pity that although there are good engineers here, there is no competent HR, no competent middle management, and no competent senior management.

Although political infighting is clearly the top priority, they claim to put people first while completely disregarding professionalism.

They only waste the flexibility provided by the system on flexible working hours, while the people responsible for managing others are the most irresponsible and undisciplined group of all.
