1. The company is large, which is a significant advantage on a résumé.
2. Recruitment: Christina Kuo was the person who contacted me at the time. When presenting the position, she explained the job responsibilities and projects in great detail. When she could not immediately answer some technical questions, she would consult the project contact. She also checked whether the salary and job responsibilities met my expectations and helped negotiate a better offer. Overall, she was very proactive and friendly. If you are contacted by this recruiter, I think you can feel reassured.
3. The leave policy includes personal leave, and having several extra days available for use is quite helpful.
Personal experience:
Several times, I encountered problems at the client site and wanted to ask questions. Because, according to the company’s organizational structure, the main point of contact after joining is generally the CSR team, I directed my questions to my CSR. However, for some reason, it would take a long time to receive a response, or the CSR would simply disappear. In contrast, when I asked Christina, she would proactively relay the issue or help contact other specialized departments within the company. This aspect depends heavily on luck; the CSR I encountered was not very reliable.
Furthermore, the company’s salary increases are not very substantial, so it is better to negotiate the offer you want as much as possible before joining.
