The boss has treated us to drinks.
The company provides dinner when working overtime in the evening.
1. The company atmosphere is dull. I had heard about it before joining, but after actually arriving, it was truly worse than I had imagined.
(No one talks during the company lunch.)
2. The company provides lunch at noon, so employees are not allowed to go out. If working overtime, the company provides dinner, but employees are likewise not allowed to go out. If it is necessary to leave,
an outing form must be submitted to a manager-level supervisor.
Combined with the dull atmosphere and not being allowed to go out, it feels like being in prison.
If you really have a choice, think twice... This is my sincere advice....
