Colleagues are easy to get along with
The company’s policies and benefits are practically nonexistent, so when negotiating your salary during the interview, remember to factor these in directly.
Information is extremely opaque. The company prefers word-of-mouth communication and dislikes clearly written rules, leaving employees at a loss. Policies also vary between departments.
Management turns a blind eye to employees’ true feelings. They do not deny employees’ requests, but they also never make any commitments. After seemingly communicating with them, employees are left with nothing but a head full of questions.
Management has an overly positive view of itself. Despite being severely understaffed, the company still makes little effort to recruit, while insisting that deadlines must be rushed, rushed, rushed. This is a company that really likes its employees to work overtime. Whether explicitly or implicitly, directly or indirectly, it hopes you will work overtime to meet deadlines. Overtime pay is provided, but there is no meal or transportation allowance (there is no written policy, but you may receive one if you push for it).
The boss may be looking for a shortcut and hoping to quickly produce results by leveraging existing technologies or products, so the company acquired employees or departments from several other companies. Whether this actually improved efficiency is debatable, but it has caused the company to split into several separate circles. Management has also made no active effort to bridge these communication gaps or resolve the situation of multiple factions operating under different rules.
Recently, I noticed that all the reviews of this company had disappeared. It seems that someone has deliberately been flooding the site with posts. As for who would do such a thing, it should go without saying! Honestly, doing this only makes people more suspicious about what the person responsible is trying to cover up. Instead, the company should improve its policies and benefits and sincerely listen to its employees. With tangible improvements, people will naturally come forward to speak up for the company.
