You have to handle the scrub-in flow by yourself, provide patient education, prepare medications, and wash the instruments!

By the way,

for some surgeries, there is no anesthesiologist.

They'll have you push propofol, and the equipment is so rudimentary it's frightening.

I was afraid of having my license revoked and being sued, so I ran as fast as I could.

I got 27K that month.
