A newly built building with a modern overall environment
1. It took 30 minutes to fill out the pre-interview information.
2. Before the interview, I didn't know whether the HR representative lacked experience or whether this was simply the company's culture. After spending 30 minutes filling out the information, the interview itself lasted less than three minutes. I consider myself to have extensive relevant work experience and thought we would have a lot to discuss, but the HR representative seemed completely uninterested in learning more. It gave me the impression that the interview had been arranged merely to meet performance targets.
3. The entire interview consisted of only a few minutes of conversation. The company was not introduced, and the job responsibilities were glossed over in just a few sentences before they said it was over.
Job seekers also spend time driving to an interview. Is it really so difficult to show respect for them?
