A certain warm city
There are several shift leaders who especially love causing trouble
They abuse their authority to bully part-time employees
But the department manager above them protects these people and has them carry out tasks
So they can always engage in workplace bullying here
More than one person has been bullied into resigning
The company uses a shift-scheduling system, but toward those they want to bully, they reduce their shifts
After the schedule has already been completed, they modify it themselves, forcibly increasing the number of days off for PT employees
Making part-time employees unable to earn money and resign on their own, while even saving on severance pay
