The environment is clean
The internal operations are very chaotic, and staff turnover is rapid. Many people want to resign. There is no comprehensive training; new employees are rushed into their roles. After only a few days on the job, they are expected to take on cases, while also handling many administrative tasks. When asking others about work-related questions, the colleagues around you have often been there for less than a month as well. You feel completely deceived into joining—it is truly frightening. A few new employees have also resigned shortly after joining.
