The salary is considered low; working here is not recommended.
Employee turnover is far too high. Only management trainees tend to stay; technicians usually leave after about one year to less than two years. Some even leave in less than six months.
It is rumored that the egg-collection room at the Liujiao No. 1 layer farm has a high turnover rate.
Technicians are usually not provided with accommodation.
