They also asked whether I wanted to work in Zhongli or Taoyuan; most people would choose the location closer to home. Then the supervisor looked troubled because the opening was in Zhongli. They could have simply made the conditions clear from the start instead of pretending, “We’ll have to ask the supervisor,” and wasting everyone’s time. The Zhongli workplace is very old and run-down.
