The people at the company are kind and genuine, so there is no need to spend time ingratiating yourself with managers or flattering them. (You do not have to celebrate your manager’s birthday; both sides feel comfortable and free of pressure.) You can focus your time and energy on your professional performance at work. Colleagues are friendly and help one another, with no problems involving office politics or cliques.
The managers are open-minded and accountable, so there is no need to worry about taking credit or shifting blame.
The company has a flat organizational structure, so your work performance can easily be seen by top management. As long as you do your homework and thoroughly analyze the pros and cons of your proposal, your manager will respect your expertise.
The company places great importance on training and development! Ambitious employees can learn a lot.
