Pros
The colleagues are easy to get along with
Cons
You won’t leave work on time, and overtime pay may be underpaid
There aren’t many bonuses; they say there will only be bonuses if the company makes a profit
Saturdays are fixed days off, with the remaining days scheduled off; you get 8 days off per month
The salary is basically just the base pay
You’ll have to handle all sorts of strange miscellaneous tasks
