The company seems afraid of making too much money. It replaced a system that had originally been working smoothly with one that is extremely difficult to use, resulting in a great deal of duplicated work. The same data has to be entered many times, and the process for a single order is excessively complicated. Many problems are left uncorrected, and when issues are reported to the responsible team, they always say they cannot be fixed—even though they are clearly seen chatting!
