Pros
1. The company requires WFH during typhoon days; otherwise, you won't be paid.
2. There are no clear KPIs, so veteran employees who are good at dodging issues have it easy.
3. There aren't many systems in place, so there's not much pressure.
4. On the surface, everyone at the company is very nice.
5. The pressure isn't high, and the bonuses are modest.
6. WFH is possible.
Cons
1. There aren't any particularly serious drawbacks.
