1. The HR staff are very polite. At least in terms of their attitude, they don't make people feel uncomfortable. I remember that even when I had to reschedule the interview at short notice on the day itself, the impression they gave was still good.

2. It's a place where you can settle in and there are opportunities for promotion. My section manager is under 30 this year and has been with the company for about five years.

3. The starting salary is slightly higher than in similar industries, by around NT$3,000. The bonuses that should be provided are given, and the company is of a certain scale.

4. My supervisor has better emotional control than those at my previous jobs (though it may differ from person to person).

1. Giving out shopping vouchers is a bit silly. The company occasionally provides additional living allowances, but they are always issued as supermarket gift vouchers. Personally, I think it's a bit silly... Wouldn't cash be better?

2. The work processes are lengthy, and everything, regardless of size, is monitored very closely. Although I can understand that some of this may be related to protecting business information, it can make people feel that the company is micromanaging too much and create unnecessary hassle.
