Very close to the MRT~
The head of online livestreaming operations was extremely disrespectful to the interviewee.
After the interviewee finished introducing themselves, this operations head unexpectedly did not introduce the company or the job duties at all,
and instead directly tried to dismiss the interviewee and send them away~
Throughout the interview, they kept interrupting and showed no respect for the interviewee's way of speaking, repeatedly insisting that the other person speak according to what they wanted.
Sorry~ I haven't even joined the company yet; I'm not your employee. I completely disregard your condescending attitude.
Their attitude throughout the interview was extremely dismissive, and they showed no interest in getting to know the interviewee.
Their facial expression seemed to say: “Let's see how you spin this.”
Moreover, throughout the entire process, this operations head did not express even a single professional opinion or share any relevant experience.
It made me suspect that they did not understand the detailed operational aspects of this position at all.
I'm curious about Eastern Broadcasting Company:
How could they have someone who only knows how to manage but has no professional expertise conduct interviews???
If this is their attitude during interviews,
it is clear that their attitude toward employees in private must be extremely arrogant.
They really wasted my time.
