Pros

The interviewers were very polite—don't believe it for a second!

Cons

During the interview, they said overtime would not be required. In reality, almost every employee in the department works overtime every day, but there is no overtime pay. Some people even have to work an additional five or six hours a day. On top of that, whenever employees leave work late, the company pressures them to sign off on a reason for clocking out late. The only options are organizing their desks, chatting with colleagues, or handling personal matters. It is very strange that this clearly violates the Labor Standards Act, yet no one reports it.

During the interview, they said that employees could be evaluated and receive a salary increase after a three-month probationary period. In reality, because of staff shortages and a lack of SOPs, training and evaluations cannot be completed as scheduled, so employees have to wait more than six months to be evaluated and receive a salary increase.
