緯育股份有限公司
Pros

The benefits are generally about the same as Wistron’s, but the salary range varies considerably. There is no need to make up workdays. After passing the probationary period, employees receive additional vitality leave, but this leave is mainly used to make up for workdays, leaving very little after deducting the make-up days.

Cons

The company has not made a profit since it was established and has relied on its parent company, Wistron, for financial support. Last year, it shut down the K12 division. It also previously closed its Hong Kong subsidiary and abandoned its expansion into the Southeast Asian market. Other unprofitable departments will likely be cut in the future as well. The company has streamlined its workforce, and many people who leave are not replaced. The company treats this as cost-cutting, reducing losses wherever possible. Its future is worrying, with no prospects at all.
