I am currently employed here and will soon have been working here for a year. I have not noticed any of the other negative issues mentioned in particular. The company may also have undergone many reforms or changes in recent years; for example, its overtime pay, bonuses, and benefits system are all quite well established.

The company moves at a relatively fast pace, so adapting at the beginning takes some time. It may not be suitable for people who work too slowly.

(However, the managers and senior colleagues are quite dedicated to mentoring others, so there is not too much to worry about.)
