Pros

1. Benefits are comparable to Wistron, with access to group benefits and participation in various activities.

2. There is an annual salary adjustment, presumably based on performance or group regulations.

3. A company shuttle bus is available. If you live along one of its routes, you can save quite a bit on commuting costs.

4. There is no work on make-up workdays. However, because the company operates in the education services industry, some positions may still need to handle matters related to instructors, students, or operations on regular holidays.

5. The work locations are considered conveniently accessible: the headquarters in Xizhi is near Xike Station on the TRA; the Taipei office is near Nanjing Fuxing Station on the MRT; and the Zhongli office is near Zhongli Railway Station on the TRA.

Cons

Every company has some difficult or incompatible motorcycle-riding colleagues or bosses who are hard to get along with. No company is established solely to do charity and hand out money to employees. Companies operate with goals, and employees face pressure and need to meet performance expectations. If, during the interview, you had concerns about the performance targets you would need to meet after joining, you should not have joined. Even if most colleagues might say that failing to meet performance targets is understandable (?!) there are also people who work very seriously and achieve excellent results. Work involves some pressure… If you really cannot stay, do not force yourself. There are also a few colleagues who are useless or problematic teammates, enjoying an easy ride and pushing work onto others whenever possible. After others do a great deal of work, the results may be credited as their own or attributed to their department’s output (being able to take credit simply by talking is itself considered a contribution).

Most colleagues work regular hours. Consider what work performance you want to pursue and how much effort you are willing to put in. There are countless reasons for leaving a job, and people who post here will all say it was the company’s problem. I think you still need to examine what gap existed between your expectations and reality, and whether you asked enough questions during the interview. If you leave because your job duties were adjusted, the company has its goals and you are unable to cooperate with them: if it works, come together; if it does not, go your separate ways. You are welcome to find a job that suits you better and continue growing, or consider becoming your own boss.
