The office environment at the Xindian location is quite good. It is in an office building, and the decor is attractive and easy on the eyes. The office has an open-plan layout, with coffee and snacks available. ICRT is played every day, so you can listen to music, and the chairs are quite comfortable—you can even recline all the way back.
There is a high possibility that you will end up with a terrible manager. Not only will he refuse to provide training when you ask for it, but he may also use "unsuitability for the position" as an excuse and, on a whim, get rid of you during your first month of probation. The real reason you are deemed unsuitable is clearly that he did not provide training, but he will still shift the blame onto you. His approach is to lure inexperienced newcomers who are easier to deceive into joining during interviews with exaggerated claims. He will say that business trips are possible, but in reality, you could work there for a hundred years and still never be allowed to go on one. After tricking you into joining, he gradually tests whether you are willing to obey him completely. By arbitrarily changing your job duties, he will "deal with" anyone who shows even a little independent opinion. There have already been many precedents. So far this year, a total of four people have been forced out. The turnover among employees under him is the highest in the entire company. He is very close to HR, and the two sides work together to target the employees under him. If you receive an interview invitation through 104, I truly recommend thinking twice.
