There is a birthday celebration every month
The female manager has an extremely high opinion of herself and suffers from a severe princess syndrome.
She is arrogant and even dares to loudly argue with the boss in front of all the employees.
However, whenever a subordinate offers an opinion or kindly reminds her of something, she becomes furious and tries to save face by shouting loudly.
She has very poor emotional control, is easily angered at others, bullies the weak while fearing the strong, and takes advantage of those who are easy to push around.
Working under her means having to follow her standards in everything, even though she herself is a person with double standards.
She is dissatisfied with everyone and only praises herself when she is "educating" her subordinates.
It just goes to show that people raised on the same rice can still be very different... So what if someone graduated from the most prestigious university? They do not even understand basic manners.
You really should keep your distance from this kind of person.
