Pros
It’s actually much like the HR work I’ve done in the past: inviting suitable candidates for interviews, managing employees’ leave requests, and so on.
The location is convenient, there are snacks and coffee, and even if you don’t bring lunch, other colleagues will order lunch together.
Cons
Because I’m the only person in the department, it can sometimes be a little busy, but it’s fine as long as you manage your time well~
