Pros
* Colleagues are generally quite easy to get along with
* Regularly provides electronic gift vouchers—a small but welcome perk
Cons
* You still have to work remotely on typhoon days, but remote work is not normally allowed. If it may be inconvenient for you to work on typhoon days, you might want to consider this.
* If you are an employee with flexible working hours, there is no such thing as being late; if you are late, you have to take leave yourself
* The level of automation is not high, so many tasks are handled manually
