Based on what I saw on 104, the office environment seems good.

1. They proactively invited me to an interview but forgot the interview time, and left incorrect phone contact information, making it more difficult to get in touch.

2. They forgot and did not apologize, merely laughing it off.

3. The HR representative seemed insufficiently professional when discussing the position.

4. At the end, they laughingly said they would pass the results of this interview on to the relevant team and, if I met their requirements, would invite me back for another interview. I couldn't help wondering: would I have to wait for you to forget the interview again next time?

A company that does not respect applicants during the interview likely will not respect you much after you join either, so I am giving it a poor review.
