The office atmosphere is quite good, but it also depends on who the department supervisor is before you can chat with them.
(1) The work is really quite disorganized. You also have to help with tasks outside your own job responsibilities. The company is really run like a large company but has the scale of a small company, expecting one person to do the work of five and hoping employees will be as exploitable as possible. Staffing has been reduced and is insufficient, and turnover is extremely high.
(2) Another very strange point is that the salary is paid in two installments. They say the second installment is a bonus, but it actually isn't—it is simply your negotiated base salary split into two payments.
