Basically, during the first three months after joining, people with some experience can earn over 40,000 with the manager’s help, while more capable newcomers generally earn over 60,000–70,000. The work environment is fairly good, and the colleagues are also quite young. It’s a relatively entry-level marketing and sales job, and you don’t need to go out much to visit clients.
