Very good at packaging and promotion through media
Coffee and cookies (but these are becoming less and less available)
1. Inconvenient transportation

4. On-call duty comes with neither an on-call allowance nor overtime pay
5. Low salary; the 104 job posting stated there was a bonus, but I have never received one
6. An old system architecture from the early days, so we are often putting out fires
7. There are more PMs than RDs; each RD has to handle the different project requirements of multiple PMs
8. Engineers are the first to be cut in layoffs
