A labor contract full of violations of the law—great, right? Hahaha
Cons
The company’s main business is shaping public opinion and creating word-of-mouth online. In reality, it uses all kinds of different fake accounts to post fake comments and fake reviews in Facebook groups, Dcard, Mobile 01, PTT, and so on—in short: an internet troll army.
Employees generally leave work very late, and the company group chat is constantly flooded with messages late at night and on holidays. Also, internal employees tend to form cliques and exclude new and junior employees.
