1. The supervisor is very good at making empty promises and dumping projects and tasks on people. Project progress has to be chased up aggressively every day.

The conclusions from the supervisor’s meetings are never communicated. Only after something happens will they say, “I sent an email—please check it.”

2. Everyone in the same department is putting on a monkey show—who is it for? The company uses open-source software for development and as its foundation, yet calls it agile development. What a joke. Whenever there’s a problem, they deal with the person who raised it. Other companies use large-scale system packages for integration, design, and optimization, while we’re still using equipment from 2007 to do things from 2023.......

3. They say they don’t quibble over overtime pay, but then ask why you submitted an overtime form..... They say they offer benefits better than those required by the Labor Standards Act, but my working hours are almost catching up with those of a security guard.

4. The company claims not to violate the Labor Standards Act, but many of its practices are things employees simply have to swallow~~~

5. The benefits they promised aren’t necessarily provided in full even after you’ve worked there for a year..... Some can be seen, but whether you’ll actually receive them requires psychic powers.
