During the interview:

The manager personally checked 104. Halfway through arranging an interview with you, they disappeared. When you called, they snapped at you, saying they were too busy and hadn’t had time to look at it. A few weeks later, they contacted you proactively to arrange an interview.

It looked like someone had resigned and they had no choice but to continue interviewing. I can only blame myself for not noticing, because I assumed that since it was a large company, I should seize the opportunity.

Work:

After joining, I discovered that the most senior person on the team was resigning (and had only worked there for less than a year), leaving only new colleagues.

Later, because the manager recruited a new person, they asked me to transfer teams to temporarily help a team that couldn’t find an opening.

I submitted a transfer form and changed positions, but in the end I still had to take on the work of both teams. They gave me a hard time and yelled at me, asking why I could never finish everything.

The manager also has terrible emotional control and yells at everyone everywhere. They yell at people in other departments, and yell even worse at people in their own department.

All I can say is that anyone who wants to be treated as a punching bag can go work there and see for themselves XD
