Can't think of any yet
Don't think you can just do your own job well and leave it at that.
You also have to know how to do everyone else's work, because when someone is absent, you must fill in for them,
and after work you even have to be like an on-call secretary, ready to run errands and pick up goods whenever you're told!
There are hardly any actual employees in the company; the rest are the boss's family members. That tells you everything, right? They all favor their own family, and the junior employees are absolutely pitiful!
Make even the slightest mistake and you'll be severely berated, and they'll tell everyone how awful you are (even calling other business owners and vendors to complain). When it comes to the boss's own family, though, they turn a blind eye!
Also, this is not a pregnancy-friendly workplace. I saw a previous employee still moving goods while pregnant, and in the end she resigned because of health problems. The manager also implied that female employees should not plan to have children unless necessary.
The boss is also a Christian, yet has little regard for propriety or professional ethics. I don't know why they tell employees about other employees' shortcomings, creating internal divisions; it's unclear how that helps with operations or anything else.
Many problems arise because the people at the top fail to plan and handle things properly, making it impossible for staff below to carry them out, or leaving everything chaotic and disorganized. But in the end, they blame the lowest-ranking junior employees. The rules keep changing according to the boss's whims—change them whenever they want—and of course their family members don't have to follow them!
By the way, whether your leave request is denied, whatever the reason, or you don't receive your bonus, it's all because you need to be considerate of the boss's company. Be more understanding 😂
