The boss's son is there; everything is calm and peaceful.
The manager belittles employees' character, insults them by calling them liars, and even calls employees after work to complain about other employees.
The pay is mediocre, yet you're expected to be skilled in every area. Overtime is unpaid, and salaries are sometimes paid late.
Employees are servants—servants of this entire family business.
Time off only means you temporarily don't have to work; the next day, you have to finish everything that accumulated during your leave (clean up the mess).
One person has to take on multiple roles. No one will help you; people will only make trouble for you.
