1. All internal policies operate in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
2. Regarding salaries, because the company keeps compensation confidential, I do not know what other people earn. However, I personally feel that my salary is quite good, especially since the company also shares its achievements with us and offers a wider range of bonuses.
3. Annual salary adjustments.
4. There are more comprehensive new employee training, evaluation systems, care programs, benefits, and so on.
The second plant is currently being expanded, so for the time being, employees need to find their own parking.
Although there are white-lined spaces nearby where parking is allowed, it is still somewhat inconvenient. At present, I commute by scooter (the company provides parking spaces).
