Workplace reviews and discussion: 緯創軟體股份有限公司

I haven't experienced any yet.

I scheduled two interviews, and HR was late to both of them. The manager was also completely unreliable—sometimes changing the time, and sometimes disappearing altogether. They showed no respect for job candidates whatsoever. Is the company's time valuable, but not the candidate's?

As a staffing company in the tech industry, they have none of the professionalism expected in the field. Completely unprofessional!
