The benefit is that the previous HR person left ^_^
As mentioned above, because they always talked nonsense.
Previously, they hired a bunch of people for commercial positions who had no mall experience, just to gloss over the issue.
As a result, there wasn't a single person at the Xinyi store with mall experience, yet they could receive higher salaries and hold higher positions.
However, now that they have left, things should be about the same.
There are still a bunch of people who get by easily and keep slacking off, as well as people with poor logic.
There's really no need to imagine a future for this company anymore.
