Having a dream is beautiful
Last year, many employees left one after another. Although the company later rehired only two people—an accountant and a backend developer—they returned because they were offered a series of generous benefits, such as working from home and a high salary. However, if you do not receive surprising benefits and compensation, you are very likely to meet the same fate as those who left previously.
We cannot help but ask: Why did these two people return? Was it because the company could not find other qualified talent and therefore had no choice but to offer a large number of benefits to bring them back?
For those considering joining this company, I suggest that you think carefully:
Why would a company of such a small size lose so many employees in such a short period? Can you believe the explanation given officially by the company?
Are you really willing to risk wasting your time by giving it a try?
Do you think the people conducting the interviews are trustworthy? Do they have sufficient experience?
Once you join this company, will you have good career development opportunities?
Before making a decision, think independently and observe carefully. I believe you will find the answer!
