Salary is calculated from the 21st of each month to the 20th of the following month.

In other words, if you start work on the 1st of your first month, the money you receive on the 5th of the following month will only cover the 1st–20th. If you are a part-time worker, it is even worse: under the one fixed day off and one flexible rest day per week system, you must be scheduled for two days off every week.

No work, no pay. In your first month, you can only receive a little over 10,000.

The longer you work, the worse it gets. Ten days’ worth of pay is held back every month, and you will not receive it until the 5th of the month after next.

This is actually already illegal, as your wages are not being paid in full for the entire month.

Every day, you are exposed to the sun and rain outdoors, while also being slandered and bullied by full-time employees and subjected to all kinds of commands.

The hourly wage is not even 200.
