The colleagues are all nice, have good relationships, and help one another. I learned quite a lot of communication skills and sales techniques, and after working there for a while, I also gained knowledge related to online marketing. Most importantly, both my colleagues and supervisors were willing to teach me. The compensation consists of a base salary plus bonuses; if you work hard at sales, the bonus increases can be quite substantial.
The first three months, during the probationary period, are relatively challenging and require extra effort. You have to develop clients and arrange appointments yourself, which puts your abilities to the test.
