The interview was purely conversational, conducted in two rounds: HR led the first, followed by representatives from the hiring department.
Be careful—HR will stop at nothing to dig into every detail of your family background, even going so far as to mention requiring a certificate of good conduct. Also, there is no need to negotiate the salary; at the very least, it can be said that it will not be particularly high.
For the three annual festival bonuses, you get only tissues, tissues, and tissues, because they directly convert all three bonuses into so-called points in SinoPac’s store.
It is probably still a company whose selection criteria are positively correlated with the compensation applicants state in their résumés. After all, no matter how cleverly they disguise it, it is still a miserable company.
At the end of the interview, they will tell you that they will notify you if a second interview is needed, and that you will have to wait one to two weeks. Supposedly, this is to “compare” the other interviewees. However, judging from the number of job postings on the “Slave Bank” website, applications are supposedly flooding in. Could it be that 104 Job Bank, 123, or 518 has a huge number of job seekers?
You can guess the answer. Heh.
