1. You won’t learn anything here from PM-related work.
2. The manager is constantly wary of who might try to undermine them, but their actual work ability is very poor.
3. Marketing work is outsourced to companies with connections. If you have ability or want to show your talents, run for the hills!!
4. The manager doesn’t actually know what they’re supposed to do. If you don’t want to be scrambling at the last minute to rush projects, you have to follow up closely on the progress yourself—but the credit must go to the manager.
5. Work responsibilities are poorly defined. The more capable you are, the more work you get—but if you know how to pretend to be busy, that’s another matter.
