A staffing agency; the company itself is quite nice (although I didn’t get to use it).

The vacation benefits are fairly decent, but as a dispatched employee, you still need the client company’s approval to take leave.

Abby from recruitment was proactive and friendly. In addition to clearly explaining the nature of dispatched work, she also actively coordinated issues between the companies. She did not deliberately hide problems to lure people into the company, and after I officially started working at the client company, she continued to check in regularly about my work situation.

It’s hard to put into words.

I feel that Wistron Software actually doesn’t care about the employees’ situation.

Aside from the recruiter’s concern,

the company basically does not help resolve problems faced by dispatched employees.

There are even situations where terms that had been agreed upon were rejected by upper management.

It leaves a very bad impression.

Unless you love your work and enjoy being an emotionless coding robot,

I don’t recommend joining any staffing agency.
