Pros

I can't think of anything worth mentioning, so I'll skip this one 🤪

Cons

There have already been plenty of complaints above, so I'll bring up something fewer people have mentioned.

If your company takes on renovation projects, it needs to have specific licenses.

Only one of the designers under the company needs to hold one; otherwise, you can't call yourself a renovation company.

However, this company is unlicensed yet still takes on light renovation projects through its website. Not long ago, someone reported them, and the owner paid to settle it. Then they went on a big rant about certain former employees. To this day, they're still unlicensed and refuse to change.

They can owe suppliers money and also haggle with others over prices. Once they manage to haggle the price down, they claim their business skills are excellent—is this a joke?

Owing money is one thing, haggling is another, but who knows whether they actually pay honestly afterward. When cash flow is bad, do they just patch things up?

I really wanted to leave a one-star review on Google, but the owner would definitely spend time arguing with me, which is incredibly tiresome. They kept saying they were going to buy the place next door to expand the business and open an Instagrammable shop. How many of those have you actually completed now, boss? 🥰🥰

I'm not a moral crusader, but I can't stand working under a company that doesn't follow regulations. So I quit, hehe.
