Most of the colleagues are quite nice.
As long as you know how to flatter OO and keep yourself busy for show, you can become a manager and get a raise.
1. After you are hired, your position and work location may be changed at any time, depending entirely on the boss’s mood at the moment.
2. Treats professional expertise like xx.
3. Allows incompetent managers to sow discord and smear others in the company.
4. Company policies change from one day to the next, and the bonus system is just for show.
5. Likes to placate employees with grand promises but fails to deliver afterward, habitually choosing to selectively “forget” or go back on their word. If you don’t have a sufficiently mild temperament, you definitely shouldn’t work here, or you’ll only end up furious haha.
6. When the company can’t make money, it takes aim at the employee bonus system (but the actual reason is even more childish—they simply take it out on employees they dislike).
Many employees are inexplicably treated as enemies. I hope those who are still here can escape this ordeal soon.
