Workplace reviews and discussion: 拉菲爾人本診所

Before going to the interview at Raphie, I checked Tianyan Tong to review the things to watch out for, but the reviews were all from several years ago, and I didn’t even know which branch they referred to. After reading them, I was honestly a little scared...

But fortunately, the Raphie branch near Taipei Main Station didn’t give me that feeling. After I arrived, I first filled out two aptitude test forms, and then the HR representative interviewing me came in. She was a woman, and I secretly felt relieved that I hadn’t encountered the male HR consultant everyone had given bad reviews to. I even asked out of curiosity about the negative reviews on Tianyan Tong, and the supervisor told me that the male supervisor had already left the company. It was indeed because of that male supervisor that they had encountered some difficulties recruiting outstanding talent—they had simply met the wrong person XD. So everyone planning to interview there can relax a little now, haha.

Now, here’s why I was still willing to go to the interview despite seeing the negative reviews. First, the salary they offered was genuinely much better than my previous terms. Second, all the negative reviews on Tianyan Tong were about HR, but that person wouldn’t be my direct supervisor anyway, so what did I have to worry about? XD

The interview went very smoothly, and we had a basic exchange with each other. They then asked me to go home and wait for the offer~

The interview was very pleasant, and I have no particular faults to point out about the interview process at Raphie.
