Convenient transportation
Salary paid on time
Paid leave can be taken normally
A good place for newcomers to gain experience
Colleagues are very friendly
It’s not particularly bad,
but these are probably things you’ll encounter at any large company.
Some departments often interfere in other departments’ affairs.
Authority and responsibilities are a complete mess.
For example, the manager of Department A acts like the manager of Department ABC.
The quality of managers varies widely.
They don’t understand the current industry landscape but pretend that they do.
There are often lackeys who treat a feather as a royal warrant,
but without that warrant, getting anything done is extremely, extremely, extremely difficult.
People pass the buck to one another, and no manager steps up to take responsibility.
The most common thing you’ll see is bad money driving out good money (you see it all the time!).
You’ll see original colleagues being replaced by “resource recycling.”
