Pros
Now Zhengde Hospital 104 is also included under the foundation.
So this should be the first review of Zhengde Hospital~~~
-----------------------------------------------------------
1. Employees can eat at the foundation’s Heartfelt Kitchen; basically, each meal costs employees NT$50. (Slightly cheaper than meals outside.)
2. Basically, employees leave work on time.
3. If you are feeling slightly unwell, you do not need to go outside; you only need to see a doctor at the company (hospital).
4. There is an indoor parking lot for cars and motorcycles. (But there is a fee.)
5. There is an employee dormitory. (But there is no internet, and residents have to handle their own trash.)
Cons
1. Managers are only good for talking. (They are also very good at making grand promises.)
2. The staff turnover rate is extremely high.
3. Office staff do not have fixed seats. (The boss’s explanation is... “Let’s change the feng shui.”)
4. Long-serving employees really like dumping their own areas of responsibility on newcomers.
5. The administrative staff is constantly being downsized; one person is expected to do the work of three.
6. There are no benefits to speak of. The bonuses normally provided by companies—bonuses for the three major holidays, year-end bonuses, performance bonuses, and so on—are all completely absent here!
7. The female executive assistant is very articulate and very good at giving speeches. For example, she says that she also started from the grassroots level, and that she initially earned only ten or twenty thousand dollars a month. = =
Then she says she never argues with the boss about her salary; if she does not receive a raise, she only asks herself whether she has not done enough. = =
