Pros
Free dormitory accommodation is provided.
1. Six people share one room, regardless of gender; coworkers have poor hygiene habits.
Cons
1. The security guard speaks without thinking.
2. The actual working hours and job duties after joining do not match the job description.
3. Most employees are local residents (only people from the mountains who cannot move north can work there; Tainan residents who are able to relocate either move north or go to the Southern Taiwan Science Park, so those who stay behind are generally people who do not have much opportunity to leave).
