No comment; all I can say is that this company has only made it this far thanks to the help of many good people.
But some people do not know how to appreciate it, burn their bridges, and continue living in their own lies.
I won’t repeat what was mentioned earlier, but I’ll add a few things I know:
1. The boss borrows money from coworkers, saying they don’t have time to withdraw money, and never writes receipts.
2. They misjudge quotes and then make the designers negotiate with vendors themselves, while they walk away singing.
3. They constantly forget the things they have promised.
4. They take credit for achievements and make employees take the blame for mistakes.
5. They often make things up and lie, leaving employees to silently swallow it.
What someone mentioned earlier about senior employees being driven away was probably this kind of situation.
I don’t know the details, but it feels like they set up that veteran employee to force them out, without showing even the slightest consideration. It’s terrifying.
6. If you look at their website, it may seem very professional and beautiful, so let me point out one more thing.
Their projects featured on Happiness Space were actually done by other design companies.
They only sell furniture, yet market themselves there.
7. You cannot leave a review below five stars on Google, otherwise the boss will personally jump in and argue with you.
8. They heavily promoted on Facebook that they would have new partners in July and resume producing programs.
All I can say is, give it a rest. That script and camera work were really ⬛.
There was also content sarcastically targeting employees—what exactly are they trying to do?
9. They post about how good their performance is and how busy they are with projects, mentioning Da’an District one moment and Xindian the next, and so on.
Yet they rarely update their social media. Even the company next door promotes what it does more seriously than you do.
Are they really doing so well that they have no time, or are they getting so few orders that they have nothing to post?
As mentioned in the earlier comments, to those of you who are still considering it... run while you can.
